About Me
I am a Licensed Social Worker with over a decade of hands-on experience across the mental health and social services field. My work includes inpatient psychiatric care, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), trauma-informed group facilitation, crisis intervention, case management, and family systems mentoring.
Mr. Therapi was founded not only from my clinical training, but from lived experience. I have walked the path of grief, identity exploration, and personal transformation myself. My professional practice is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma recovery frameworks, and interpersonal effectiveness. My personal approach is rooted in empathy, spiritual resilience, and a deep commitment to showing up authentically for others.
Mr. Therapi was created for those who need more than traditional talk therapy—for individuals seeking a holistic, culturally sensitive, and lifestyle-integrated path to healing.
